Booking here is only for individuals seeking a private pay visit (no insurance) for medication management. Our provider would be in her remote office location, and you would be in a private setting of your choice (which must be located in Ohio). The initial visit would be conducted over a videoconference link we will email to you, and follow up visits would be done either by video or phone.

Please note: This service is not for patients being seen at a mental health treatment facility by one of our facility providers or for patients seeking to utilize their insurance for payment.
