Dr. Bailey joined MPP in June 2020.  Her philosophy of treatment is based on patient-centered care.  She believes that the goal of treatment is recovery and it is important for those with a mental illness to be an integral part of their recovery process regarding decisions, programs, support groups, medication regimens. With the current opioid crisis, she advocates to decrease the stigma associated with addiction by reinforcing that addiction is a chronic, but treatable disease, and by providing these same individuals with access to holistic care.
